A 32 year old Mt. Orab man died May 20 after being hit by two vehicles on Old State Route 32 in Batavia Township in Clermont County.
James Higgins was walking on the road at Curliss Lane at around 10:45 p.m. when a vehicle in the westbound lane hit him from behind.
Higgins is said to have then flipped into the eastbound lane where he was hit by another vehicle.
He was airlifted to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he died the next morning.
