Twelve people were recently indicted on various charges by a Brown County Grand Jury on August 10.
Thomas Sawyers, 70 of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a first degree felony.

Nicholas Roberts, 24 of Milford, is charged with two counts of Robbery, one a second degree felony and one a third degree felony, and one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony.
Kyowa Jones, 39 of Hamersville, is charged with Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, a third degree felony, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Jordon Poole, 25 of Winchester, is charged with Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a third degree felony, and Tampering With Evidence, a third degree felony.
Brandon Hodge, 35 of Mount Orab, is charged with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony.
Fred Pettit, Jr. of Ripley, is charged with two counts of Trafficking in Counterfeit Controlled Substances, one a fifth degree felony and one a fourth degree felony.
Sherry Lawrence, 45 of Sardinia, is charged with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony, and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, a fifth degree felony.
Margaret Partin, 44 of Hamersville, is charged with Trespass is a Habitation, a fourth degree felony, and Violating a Protection Order, a first degree misdemeanor.
Alaina Parker, 32 of Batavia, is charged with Theft, a fifth degree felony, Identity Fraud, a fourth degree felony, and Forgery, a fifth degree felony.
Michael Ridpath, 37 of Georgetown, is charged with Trafficking in Heroin, a fifth degree felony, and Trafficking in Counterfeit Controlled Substances, a fifth degree felony.
Tiffany Ridpath, 31 of Georgetown, is charged with Trafficking in Heroin, a fifth degree felony, and Trafficking in Counterfeit Controlled Substances, a fifth degree felony.
Garrett Davis, 26 of Maysville, KY, is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony, and Possession of Drugs, a first degree misdemeanor.
