Ring Real Estate is pleased to announce that several of its outstanding realtors were awarded the coveted “Elite Award” by the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors.
These hard-working realtors have distinguished themselves and were recognized for their exceptional service, sales and commitment to their customers in the real estate business in 2016.
Jill C. Ring, broker and co-owner of Ring Real Estate has been a resident of Brown County her entire life and a licensed real estate professional for over 35 years. Jill is a director on the Board for the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors and has been certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Jill also was named Brown County Business Woman of the Year in 2012.
Charles L. Ring, sales manager and co-owner is a long time resident of Brown County. Charles has worked as a licensed real estate professional for over 30 years. An alumnus of Georgetown High School, Charles is widely known in the business community; he was also a rural carrier for numerous years. Charles has continually maintained an extraordinary level of success in real estate.
Rachael Jodrey, is a lifelong resident of Brown County and a graduate of RULH School. Along with being a real estate professional of over ten years Rachael also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. She is also a board member of the Housing Alternatives, Inc. which is a non-profit corporation that attempts to secure affordable housing for those with developmental disabilities. Her knowledge of the market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and her reputation in the field, have all contributed to her success.
Barry Daulton, is a lifelong resident of Brown County and full time realtor. Barry is a graduate of Miami University and is a retired teacher from Western Brown Schools. Barry enjoys giving back to the community and is involved in the Knights of Columbus and St. Michaels Church. Barry is a dedicated professional and adheres to the philosophy, helping people make decisions and feeling good about the decisions they make.
Samantha Nuss is an alumnus of Western Brown and Hondros College. In her first two years as a realtor she has obtained great success in real estate. Her passion and knowledge of the industry is quickly evident and she puts in the extra effort to service her sellers and buyers.
