Nine indicted by grand jury

Nine people were indicted by a Brown County Grand Jury on March 23.
Dusten Walters is charged with four counts of Rape, all first degree felonies and one count of Sexual Battery, a third degree felony.
Walters is accused of “administering a drug, intoxicant or controlled substance” to his victim and engaging in sexual conduct.
Robert Harris is charged with Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemical for the Manufacture of Drugs, a third degree felony.
The drug in question is Methamphetamine.
Amanda Carr is charged with Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemical for the Manufacture of Drugs, a third degree felony.
The drug in question is Methamphetamine.
Jared Edwards is charged with Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a third degree felony.
Dezerae Moore is charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, both fourth degree felonies, and two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, also both fourth degree felonies.  The drugs in question are Methamphetamine and Fentanyl. She is also charged with two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, one count of Possession of Heroin and one count of Possession of Cocaine.  All charges are fifth degree felonies.
Amanda Miller is charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, both fourth degree felonies, and two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, also both fourth degree felonies.  The drugs in question are Methamphetamine and Fentanyl. She is also charged with two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, one count of Possession of Heroin and one count of Possession of Cocaine.  All charges are fifth degree felonies.
Cody Cline is charged with one count of Burglary, a second degree felony, two counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability, both third degree felonies, and Tampering With Evidence, also a third degree felony.
He is also charged with Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth degree felony, and one count each of Forgery and Theft, both fifth degree felonies.
Billy Jo Cornelison is charged with Theft, Breaking and Entering and Receiving Stolen Property.  All charges are fifth degree felonies.
Hailley Hurley is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.  The drug in question is Carfentanil.
An indictment means that charges have been filed against an individual.  It is not a finding or admission of guilt.
