Ten people were indicted by a Brown County Grand Jury on Sept. 8.

Brian Armstrong, 33 of Georgetown, was indicted on 292 counts of child pornography possession.

Brown County First Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Zac Corbin said that the reason for the number of charges is that each item of child pornography is charged as a separate offense.

The investigation began when authorities in Brown County were contacted by a detective in northern Ohio who works for the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Clarence Jones, III, 65 of Sardinia, is charged with seven drug related counts, including Aggravated Funding of Drug Activity and Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, both first degree felonies.

He is also charged with four counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Trafficking in Drugs.

The charges are based on the alleged sale or attempt to sell Hydrocodone, Oxycodone and Amphetamine.

Tanya Jones, 40 of Sardinia, is charged with eight drug related counts, including Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a first degree felony.

She is also charged with three counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, three counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and one count of Trafficking in Drugs.

Brittany Luck, 30 of Sardinia, is charged with eight drug related counts and four counts of Endangering Children.

She faces two fifth degree felony Possession of Heroin charges, one fifth degree felony Trafficking in Heroin charges, one fourth degree felony Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs charge, one fifth degree felony Aggravated Possession of Drugs charge.

She also faces four first degree misdemeanor counts of Endangering Children, one first degree misdemeanor count of Possession of Drugs and two second degree misdemeanor counts of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments.

Cody Coffey, 22 of Georgetown, faces one second degree felony count of Burglary, one first degree misdemeanor count of Petty Theft and one first degree misdemeanor count of Receiving Stolen Property.

Joshua Dilley. 33 of Sardinia, is charged with four drug related counts, including Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, a third degree felony, two counts of Trafficking in Heroin, both fourth degree felonies and one count of Possession of Heroin, a fifth degree felony.

He is also charged with two counts of Endangering Children, both first degree misdemeanors.

Patricia Baker, 27 of Midland, is charged with one count of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a third degree felony.

Abbie Baker, 32 of Mt. Orab, is charged with four counts of Deception of Obtain a Dangerous Drug, all fourth degree felonies, as well as Theft and Receiving Stolen Property, both fifth degree felonies.

Dylan Jennings, 21 of Felicity, is charged with one count of Arson, a fourth degree felony.

Shawn Prentice, 36 of Ripley, is charged with one count of Breaking and Entering, a fifth degree felony.

An indictment means that charges have been filed against an individual.  It is not a finding or admission of guilt.
