Another Ohio Rural Heritage Festival has come and gone, but not without leaving behind, some wonderful memories.

Members of the Ohio Rural Heritage Committee are pleased with the outcome of this years Sept. 1-3 festival.

Just a few of the highlights of the festival include the beautiful quilt show which was enjoyed by all.

Some of the winners at the festival included:

• Split the Pot winner was Candy Campbell, who took home $262

• Duck Race Winners included 1st place-Candy Campbell received $500, 2nd place-Keith Herrmann, won $250 and 3rd place-Ashley Carpenter took home $50

• Winners of the Grand Prize drawing were 1st place-Jarod Snider, 2nd place-Joseph Huff and 3rd-Joyce Linville.

Other events held during the festival included, a pedal tractor pull, a corn hole competition, a horseshoe tournament, the Queen City Cloggers, a taco eating contest and much much more.
