Ten people indicted by county Grand Jury

Ten people were indicted July 28 by a Brown County Grand Jury.

Peggy Brandenburg, 36 of Felicity, is charged with Felonious Assault, a second degree felony.

Brandenburg is accused of attacking her victim with a knife on July 23.

Frankie Bock, 45 of Hamersville, is charged with Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address, a second degree felony.

Matthew Sheehy, 39 of Mt. Orab, is charged with Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a third degree felony, and Possession of Heroin, a fifth degree felony.

He is also charged with Petty Theft and Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, both first degree misdemeanors.

Robert Anderson, 38 of Hillsboro, is charged with Grand Theft, a fourth degree felony.

Hope Elliott, 24 of Maysville, is charged with Possession of Heroin, a fifth degree felony.

Kristopher Gould, 34 of Manchester, is charged with Possession of Heroin, a fourth degree felony.  He is also charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Possession of Drugs, both fifth degree felonies.

Darlene Davidson, 40 of Williamsburg, is charged with Theft of Drugs, a fourth degree felony, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Justin Hord, 32 of Aberdeen, is charged with Theft, Forgery and Theft From a Person in a Protected Class, all fifth degree felonies.

Jeffrey Johnston, 35 of Winchester, is charged with Possession of Heroin and Trafficking in Drugs, both fifth degree felonies, and Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, a first degree misdemeanor.

Jennifer Sizemore, 42 of Felicity, is charged with Theft and Forgery, both fifth degree felonies.

An indictment means that an individual has been charged with a crime.  It is not a finding or admission of guilt.
