Twelve people were indicted by a Brown County Grand Jury on Sept. 21 on a variety of offenses.
John Crum, 83 of Peebles, is charged with one count of Aggravated Murder and one count of Murder.  Both charges are unclassified felonies.
He is accused of causing the death of Marsha Thigpen with a gun on August 8.
Eugene Jennings, 45 of Georgetown, is charged with four counts of Rape, all first degree felonies, one count of Felonious Assault and one count of Endangering Children, both second degree felonies, four counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, all third degree felonies, and two counts of Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles, both fourth degree felonies.
Troy Phelps, 56 of Mt. Orab, is charged with three counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, all third degree felonies.
David Pollitt, 32 of Aberdeen, is charged with one count of Burglary, a second degree felony, and Theft From a Person in a Protected Class, a fourth degree felony.
Lillian Rister, 38 of Sardinia, is charged with Failure to Provide Notice of Change Of Address, a third degree felony.
Eric Dickerson, 42 of Lake Waynoka, is charged with Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a third degree felony.
Rickey Bohl, Jr., 38 of Winchester, is charged with Breaking and Entering, both fifth degree felonies and Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony.
Enrique Godinez, 43 of Florence KY, is charge with Identity Fraud, a fifth degree felony.
Rita Allender, 52 of Ripley, is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Kevin Bolin, 45 of Hamersville, is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Amanda Sowder, 34 of Seaman, is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Christopher DC Allen, 34 of Williamsburg, is charged with is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony, and two counts of Endangering Children, both first degree misdemeanors.
An indictment means that charges have been filed against an individual.  It is not a finding or admission of guilt.
