Four individuals were indicted on charges by a Brown County grand jury Oct. 1.
Travis Linn Souder, 43, of Russellville, was indicted on two counts of illegal use of a tracking device or application (fourth degree felonies), one count of menacing by stalking (fourth degree felony), one count of violating a protection order (third degree felony), one count of tampering with evidence (third degree felony), and one count of violating a protection order (first degree misdemeanor).
Christina Marie Crockett, 47, of Felicity, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Michael Todd Adams, 43, of Winchester, was indicted on one count of endangering children (fourth degree felony).
Anthony Donald Farley, 41, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine, third degree felony).
