The Western Brown High School varsity girls bowling team finished runner-up in the Southwest District Sectional Tournament for the first time in school history on Feb. 21 at Crossgate Lanes.
The Lady Broncos advanced to the district tournament scheduled for March 3.
The Lady Broncos placed second in the sectional tournament with a total team pin count of 3,254.
