Six people were indicted February 9 by a Brown County Grand Jury on a variety of offenses.
Franklin Griffith is charged with two counts of Aggravated Robbery, two counts of Aggravated Burglary and two counts of Kidnapping. All of those charges are first degree felonies.
Griffith also faces one count of Robbery, one count of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, Improperly Discharging a Firearm at or into a Habitation or a School Safety Zone, Having Weapon While Under Disability and Intimidation of an Attorney, Victim or Witness in a Criminal Case.
Preston Cress is charged with one count of Aggravated Robbery, two counts of Aggravated Burglary and two counts of Kidnapping. All of those charges are first degree felonies.

Dale Anderson is charged with third degree felony Sexual Battery. He is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a victim when he had supervisory or disciplinary authority over the victim who was in the custody of law.
John Grace is charged with Theft and Forgery, both fifth degree felonies.
